Poseidon Diving Industry (www.poseidon.se) with headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden design and manufacture a complete line of cutting-edge diving equipment. Due to inconsistent distribution of Poseidon products in North America they needed to reestablish the Poseidon brand especially among dealers but also with end-users.Solution
Drive PR developed a communication strategy initially focussing on establishing confidence with the dealers through internal communication and quarterly newsletters. Drive also created a series of print ads for consumer and industry publications- in addition drive has recently started producing user manuals for new Poseidon products.Within months Poseidon was back as a leader in the extremely competitive specialty diving market, Drive continues to develop Poseidon's brand and sales strategy in USA.
